Make the most of the summer and this opportunity to share, acquire knowledge and develop yourself as a coach!
A week full of communicative spaces where you can share and acquire content, with topics and aspects to be covered from initiation and training to high performance in basketball.
The plan
From basic to advanced methodology, from communicative-emotional aspects and strategies that can accelerate and optimize learning, to group management and advanced tactical aspects of the game, both offensive and defensive.
In addition to spaces and workshops to address content related to our essence as coaches and profession, game management, scouting and self or opponent analysis...
- Visualization and participation in training sessions of the International Basketology Pro-Camp. (in the morning and afternoon).
- Training talks with guest coaches.
- Workshops and interactive spaces.
- Round tables at the end of each day for evaluation, sharing, questions and exchange of information and knowledge.

- What is coaching? Essence of the coach, my relationship with the game, my code, where can I go in my learning...
- Basic rules of collective play in training.
- Proposal of an offensive tactical structure or game idea in training.
- Minibasket: Where we acquire habits and feed the passion for the game.
- Defensive basics: From training to high performance.
- "Communicating and training" (basic aspects).
- Modern PnR spacing in high performance.
- Shooting: How do we teach it? (solve your doubts)
- Strategies to accelerate learning from our role as coaches.

- Basic aspects in the analysis (scout) of the opponents and our own team.

· 11 seasons as a Head Coach in all divisions of Basketball Spanish Federation ( EBA League, Bronze Leb, Silver Leb, Gold Leb ).
· 4 seasons as an Assistant coach in ACB with head coaches Luis Casimiro, Ricard Casas, Joan Plaza, Curro Segura and Josep Ma Berrocal.
· Tactical Analyst and Scouting Specialist in China National Team ( 2019 Fiba World Cup).
· 4 years as Assistant coach in Spanish National Team (U20 - U19 - U18 - U16).
· NCAA (3 months): Denver University (NCAA1) coached by Joe Scott, and Metro State (NCAA div2).
· NBA (3 months): Visitor coach with Denver Nuggets, invited by Coach George Karl to attend training sessions, games and staff meetings for preparation and evaluation of competition. Learning close to one of the best player development coaches in NBA, Tim Grgurich.
· One of the best Player Development Coach in ACB nowadays.

A methodology that will seek to challenge and generate ideas, as well as share information and knowledge with participating coaches. The ambitious goal is for coaches to acquire tools that will allow them to continue their development and growth, while also increasing their knowledge of the game and their self-concept as coaches.
