The plan
With a cost-effective, exhaustive and individualised methodology, the work will focus both on the technical-tactical offensive and defensive essentials for each player's specific position, as well as on the development and improvement of shooting and finalizing skills. The planned tasks, both collective and individual, will allow the participating player to get the necessary tools to continue his self-coaching, and to improve his knowledge of the game and the player’s self-concept.
- Daily specific workouts for backcourt and frontcourt players.
- Daily shooting workouts and practices of the most common specific finishing shooting skills to your position.
- Daily practices of 1v1 situations, close-out, and basic spacing.
- Coaching for the most recurrent collective tactic actions for professional players, both in offense and defense scenarios: off screens, ball screens, hand-off situations, interactions between backcourt and frontcourt players, close-out actions, kick-out game.
- Offensive and defensive technical-tactical essentials in 4v4 and 5v5 competitions
- Daily workouts and guidance on game-oriented physical preparation.
- Individual meetings and interviews
- Basic guidance on sports nutrition.

Remember:
This international camp for junior and senior players has a maximum of 24 vacancies ,which will be assigned by selection according to the level of the players. This evaluation and selection will be carried out by the technical director and the coaches of the staff. In addition, a balance will be sought between exterior and interior players, to optimize the daily work and the performance of the players.
